The Financial Achievement Club is a 6 month program with monthly workshops including Budgeting, Savings, Credit/Debt and Home Buying. Participants can earn up to $700 in incentives:
1. Up to $500 match over 6 months for continuous savings
2. $100 incentive for raising credit score by 30 points
3. $100 incentive for raising income by 10%
Once placed in permanent housing, families and individuals are given the opportunity to join the Financial Achievement Club (FAC). Through the FAC, Frontline Housing incentivizes families by offering a monetary match for meeting goals set for building savings, increasing credit scores and income, and attending financial workshops.
Frontline Housing partners with Clayton State University during tax season to provide free tax preparation. Each Saturday during tax season, Clayton State University students prepare taxes for free! For updated dates and details on required documents visit the Clayton State VITA website!
After falling on hard times, Syreeta found herself and her 3 children staying in a motel in Forest Park. Syreeta reached out to Frontline Housing and received housing assistance to move into her own apartment back in April of 2021. Since then, Syreeta joined the Financial Achievement Club to focus on her financial goals and her savings. She recently graduated and received her full savings match!! Syreeta shared that after going through the Financial Achievement Club, she was more aware of her spending and was able to budget her funds to reach her savings goals!
